Great ATV Mods to improve performance

This past spring I made some ATV modifications to improve the performance of my 2005 Honda Rubicon and here are some items I recommend:

1.) Detroit Gearless Locker---Great mod that will lock your front tires (while still providing ability to turn) when in 4X4 and gives you great traction for mud and tough conditions--highly recommend

2.) Jetting the carbs---Great mod and relatively inexpensive to boost your horsepower from 3 - 5%

3.) Gorilla Axles---For handling the new torque from the Gealess locker discussed above. These axles are 3 times stronger than the original OEM and made for lift kits

4.) New muffler---For taking advantage of new jetting, you should replace muffler that gets the exhaust out in a hurry to add another 3 - 5% increase in Horsepower. I recommend the HMF swamp series because its still relatively quiet with noticeabily more torque. Also, has an optional snorkel kit to allow you to go "fenders deep" in the deep mud/water.
5.) New shocks---Found out that the Canadien Honda sells different shocks that improve dampening and ride for rough trails. They're called Canadien Edition Shocks (for Honda Rubicon only). I found a dealership in Ashvilee, NC that will ship them to you.
Overall, very happy with mods and they do improve the performance and ride of the ATV. Let me know if any questions.
